Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned cookware, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
